As part of the celebration of Gothenburg's 400th anniversary, visual artist Eva Wirén opens her studio, which is located in one of Gothenburg's oldest houses in the Kronhuskvarteret.
She shows the creative process and a symbol-laden, colorful visual world.
The images originate from the world of dreams and our unconscious. The art is mixed with the long history of the house and Västra Nordstan, where dreams from now and the past are present.
She works in acrylic mainly in acrylic and enamel but also oil, screen printing and watercolor.
