Often I am reminded of the power of daydreaming and the wonderful unexplored world of fantasy. Choosing to "do nothing" is so important both individually and on a larger scale for our development. Listening inwardly requires silence of one's own time and patience. It is in this empty space that new ideas are born and our creative power is expressed. If we look around, we discover that everything that is around us has man created. Houses, cars, airplanes, the Social Insurance Office, theater, roads, hospitals, restaurants, pharmaceuticals, thoughts like "what do I want to do to get to my right" are just materialized dreams that started with an idea, need, thought. We have a fantastic creative power and ability to change. A gift of love The best thing you can do is give those you love dream time, space and the opportunity to fantasize, daydream and "do nothing". To let those you love play with the thought, be in contact with the spirit and the soul, listen to the inner voice. Dare to ask those you love or yourself what it takes to feel good, develop and spread love ... For those who want to get started Start by shifting your focus from the outside and the material world (it has already been created.) Start spending time with your emotional world and your inner and what has not yet materialized. Take your time. Try to let go. If it has been a long time since you allowed yourself to daydream, it will probably feel uncomfortable, a waste of time and perhaps stressful. Leave all the digital distractions that grab attention. Still, try to create your space that you can gradually increase. Sometimes it may be good to start with a quiet retreat to break an old pattern. Nature, children's play, meditation, a mountain top, a hobby that catches you, The saga of the ring, a hot bath, massage or a long walk in solitude can be a shortcut. Welcome to yourself!
